3. Purpose of the Processing of Personal Data

The collection and processing of Personal Data on the website is intended for: (i) recruitment and selection of candidates and (ii) sending, upon request by the user, of proposals for services and/or budgets (as well as, information relating to products and/or services of NMCS) (collectively, referred to as the "Purposes"), so that the completion of the form corresponding to each of the Purposes and/or the sending of the curriculum vitae in the case of the collection and processing of Personal Data for the purpose of recruitment and selection of candidates corresponds to the express and prior consent to the processing of the Personal Data provided.

If the user expressly and previously consents to the processing of his Personal Data (consent that may, at any time, be withdrawn - see number 5 below), NMCS undertakes to proceed with the processing of Personal Data to the extent and for the time necessary for the pursuit of the Purposes.

4. Conservation of Personal Data

The period of time during which Personal Data is stored and stored varies according to the Purposes.

5. Right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing and right of portability of Personal Data

The user is guaranteed, at any time, the right of access to his Personal Data, as well as the respective rectification, erasure, portability, limitation and/or opposition to the processing – in this sense, he may exercise any of these rights by writing to NMCS, using the address of the headquarters or through the following email nunomarques@nmcs.pt.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the user will always have the right to submit any complaints he deems to the authority with competence for this purpose. 

6. Security in the Processing of Personal Data

Personal Data will be processed and stored in computer and on paper.

NMCS is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the Personal Data it sends to us through the website, having adopted the appropriate technical and organizational measures for this purpose, namely: (i) protection with passwords, (ii) use of digital certifications, (iii) restrictions on physical entry to the places where the servers that store Personal Data are located;(Iv) firewalls, (v)secure communication via protocol https.NMCS informs that these security measures are reviewed and updated according to the needs and state of the art in these matters.

If, for any reason, there is a breach of security that causes, accidentally or unlawfully, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access to Personal Data, NMCS will communicate without justified delay and, whenever possible, up to 72 hours after becoming aware of it and in accordance with applicable law, to the competent authorities. Likewise, NMCS communicates the violation of Personal Data to the respective holder of the Personal Data, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Communication of Personal Data to Third Parties

NMCS, within the scope of its activity, may resort to third parties for the provision of certain services. Such third parties may be located inside or outside the European Union. Sometimes, the provision of these services implies access by these entities to personal data of users.

When this happens, the NMCS takes appropriate measures to ensure that the entities that have access to Personal Data are reputed and offer high guarantees at this level, which will be duly enshrined and cautioned in a contract to be concluded, in writing, between NMCS and the third party entity(s).

Thus, any entity subcontracted by NMCS will process the Personal Data of users, on behalf of and on behalf of NMCS in the obligation to adopt the necessary technical and organizational measures in order to protect the Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access and against any other form of unlawful processing.
