Any citizen can access their processes that run in the judicial courts and administrative and tax courts from their home or from any other place where they have access to the internet, through authentication through the Citizen Card or Digital Mobile Key.
The process can be consulted online by those who are part of the process - plaintiff, defendant, executor (the creditor who requests the collection of the debt through judicial execution), executed (the debtor against whom the judicial execution was presented), defendant, assistant, countered, etc.
To consult your online process, you must:
- Access the service my processes
- Authenticate with the digital authentication certificate of the Citizen Card or with the Digital Mobile Key.
Not all processes can be consulted online, since the law provides for some limitations to this right (for example when the process is in secrecy of justice).
The consultation of the process is free of charge.
